Who are we?
We are a non-professional landlord, offering fully furnished apartments in the Versailles Grand-Parc area perfect for long term rental
We know how finding a good equiped apartment often isn't easy, because we travel the world renting apartments.
We wanted to share this way of living in our hometown region of Versailles, close to Paris and many important hubs across Paris-la-Défense - Vélizy-Villacoublay - Saint-Quentin en Yvelines. We work closely with real estate agencies and relocation agencies. The apartments are designed to make your stay, whether it be for business or leisure, as enjoyable as possible.
Endorsements & certifications
Our apartments are certified three stars by organisations specialized in housing and tourism.
One word : quality! In France, the star-ranking system is the basic norm in terms of evaluation of tourism accomodations. However, being solely based on the equipement of the apartment, this ranking is not enough to evaluate all aspects of an apartment.
The Clé Vacances label is based on a quality chart extensively more demanding, that includes the norms of the ranking, but goes way beyond.
Three criterias are evaluated
- the interior design: comfort, furniture, decorations, equipment, capacity...
- the environment: maintenace of the surroundings (building, site, etc.), noise level, etc.
- greeting and assistance: guarantee of a personnalized welcome from the landlord.
These apartments and houses have been visited by official local services. Furnished apartments receive a special "furnished for tourism" ranking from 1 to 5 stars. They answer comfort and living criterias as defined by the ministerial decree of funished apartments for tourism of the 28th of December 1976, modified since on the 8th of January 1993 and the one from the 1st of April 1997.
The Tourist Office of Versailes, is an association Loi 1901 and labelled Tourisme & Handicap.
