- 1 25m2 large living room / dining room fully equipped a large table for family dinner, 2 large black leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV area with a large flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, cupboards and shelves to put your personal belongings and customize your apartment.
- A large fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need to cook nice little dishes for the whole family: crockery, various dishes, pots & pans, large fridge, oven, microwave, plates, a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc ...

Communications & multimedia

Each apartment comes equiped with Internet, Wifi, an Ethernet port in each room, phone, TV, DVD player and radio. In each apartment you will find a binder with all the manuals.

Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen does come fully equiped so you can cook just like at home : silverware, pots and pans, and other ustensils.

Appliances

The apartments are equiped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, cooking hobs, dishwasher (except in studios), washing machine, dryer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, etc. In each apartment you will find a binder with all manuals.

Electrecity & heating

France's voltage if 220V. We can provide adaptors at your request. Specific charges are applied in the apartments (off-peak hours fromm 10.30pm to 6.30am). The heating system is on electricity based on radiating convection.

Household linens

Each apartment is equiped with all the household textils in duplicate : bed linens (in double), bath linens (in double), additional linens on request (extra fee).

Housekeeping

Housekeeping services can be provided at your request, including end of stay cleaning or cleaning products (extra fee service). Housekeeping of the communal areas is regurlarly ensured by the cleaning staff.

We can, at your request, provide children's furniture : bed with bars complete with bedding, children's chair, tub, bottle warmer, changing table, mixer, etc.

Keys and badge

You will get as many keys as there are bedrooms and one badge per apartment

The locks for the entrance doors of each apartment a based on a 3-point system for maximum security.

The badge opens the gate for cars in the property (on street Georges Clémenceau).

Communal areas

Housekeeping of communal areas is regularly done by the cleaning staff.

You will find outside the apartments communal garbage bins (regular garbage, plastic, glass and organic).

The gardens are are cared for by the gardener.


Post services

Each apartment contains a mailbox with the tenant's name, with a specific key set.

Fire safety

Each apartment has an A-B type extinguisher, with a manual on the extire of the extinguisher.
